There are 3 things which can disturb your sleep.
if you are hungry .
if you are too tired .
if you are very much upset .
so you can decide what could be the reason .
start walking or playing .
Drink a glass of milk .before you go to bed .
pray 5 times . &recite last 4 sura every night before you sleep .
pray to Allah pak & do not worry about anything .
