Dear Saher,

If you want to reduce your weight then here are some tips to be seriously followed.

If you are

•    walk just after your meals,

•    avoiding sugar-made edibles, chocolates, fried things and soft-drinks,

•    avoiding having a nap in midday,

•    taking a healthy breakfast with fruits,

•    taking part in household chores and

•    offering Salah regularly.

You will get your objectives sooner Insha Allah.
