Health Problems

I am having some problems with my weight. My class fellows always tease me and make fun of me. Please help me or suggest me some fruits or vegetables which can help me in losing my weight.

You are in growing age so limit your food but do not do dieting.

Leave all junk food and eating out. Leave bakery item and sweats as well.

Take your regular meal in time. Never skip a meal.

Drink milk &take fruits. Walk, play and do jogging.

Increase your physical activity.
