Congratulations to you that devil has come forward to fight with you. He does not want any pious Muslim to concentrate towards his Lord. Now you have golden opportunity to defeat him by strengthening your concentration towards the Salah. In order to endure concentration you need to read translation of Quran and try to understand that. In this way you will be able to ignore whatever comes in your mind while offering Salah due to devilish efforts.
