If you are conscious about your physical frame, your diet has only 25% part. The major part concerns with your daily activities.
If you are
• walking at least one kilometer not just after having your meals,
• avoiding sugar-made edibles, chocolates, fried things and soft-drinks,
• avoiding having a nap in midday,
• taking a healthy breakfast with fruits,
• taking part in household chores and
• offering Salah regularly.
You will get your objectives sooner Insha Allah.
