I know that I am violating the traffic rules riding the bike at 14 but can I ride the motor bike in my nearest area instead of Main roads?

Dear Wahab, If you are living at a place that is covered with a boundary wall e.g., it is colony that has its own streets and complex, you can be allowed to ride motor bike otherwise I will not suggest you to ride.
