To lose weight

I have gained weight and whenever I exercise, I get tired and then I stop. My friends make fun of me and my mother scolds me and makes me start exercising even if it’s a homework free weekend. I just want to lose weight JAZAKALLAH!

What you do start from simple jogging for one month then start exercise.

The second thing, look after your food.

Take fruits & vegetables.

Drink 8 glass of water & one glass of milk daily.

INSHALLAH you will lose weight.
