If a person makes fun of you, it means either he is jealous of you or he is feeling a sense of superiority. In both cases, he is not abiding by the basic principles of Islam and ultimately he is earning azab of Allah (SWT). Try to talk with your teachers. Your teacher would talk with him and make him understand what moral crime he is committing. It will work Insha Allah.
