My dear I think your mother is the best person to guide you I will tell you some simple things. Always take your meal in time. Never take junk food. Take 6 to 8 glass of water daily. Take fruit & vegetables as well. Keep balance between rest & play. Always take less salt & less pepper (red pepper). It will help you all life to be healthy. Until you feel hungry do not eat food.
