I am 10 years old and my weight is 21 kg. I eat the food but still I am not healthy. Why?

Take care of your daily routine & food as well. Always have good breakfast. Drink a glass of milk daily. Do not take junk food outside. Drink 6 to 8 glass of water daily. Take full sleep at least 6 hours. Join any game or do exercise daily. Inshallah you will improve.
