Healthy & to be fat are two separate things.
Try to be healthy not fat.
You only balance your life.
Take 8 to 10 glass of water daily.
Take fruit & vegetable as well.
Take two glass of milk daily.
Always do proper breakfast.
Take full sleep.
Take part in games, walk daily or join a game club out of school.
