If you mention your weight & height then it will be easy. Did you take your meal normally & digest it. Any problem related to stomach?
Do you constipate? If everything is alright then take good food. Two slice of bread & one egg with glass of milk (breakfast). Take some fruits at 10o’clock. Then have lunch & sweet dish as well. You can take ice cream & chocolate as well. A glass of milk before you go to bed.
Regular walk or play any game.
