My dear

If you know that it is useful for you then you can make a habit to eat fruit.

They are tasty.

 They have lot of vitamins & minerals which are important for your health.

They contain lot of fibre which your stomach needs to be digested very easily & quickly.

Your skin, hair, eyes, memory, & other body systems need it. I think when you know all that you will take fruit. Always before meal, rather 2, 3 hours before.
