What you in the beginning try to reduce the amount of chocolate you consume day. Instead when you feel to eat take some dry fruit at hand, which is really tasty & beneficial for you. Brush your teeth after every meal .particularly before you go to bed. You can take ice cream, fresh fruit, snacks, saunf etc. Inshallah you will get rid of this habit.
I have a habit of eating junk like chocolates. So please tell me how to stop eating this junk.
