If people are really complaining about the problem you told, it is better to consult ENT. And if people just want to tease you, it is wise to be patient till they become fed up of it. Teasing a person is prohibited in Islam. Quran has discouraged such behaviour as breaking one's heart is sin. Rasulullah (SAW) didn't like those people who make fun of others.
