Hmmm! i think all outdoor games but within a limit but i strongly codemn video games in which your eyes become a slave of computer screens and thus making u "specs wearing child" :)

All sports are good for health but football and tennis are best for health because in both games our body moves and jump many times so it is the good for health but in football if you are a goal keeper so it would not give too much health than running and jumping.

Any sport is somehow making your health better. But when you say the "best", it depends on how you play it. For example, people say that soccer is really good for health but when you are goal keeping, I don't think its the healthiest sport for you. So I think a healthy sport "for you" is the one in which you run the most..
