I am Abeera Tariq, a student of O-Levels at Beaconhouse school system.My favourite subject is Mathematics.I have great interest in Arts and I am Masha Allah pretty good at it too.I love to play badminton. I really enjoy eating FRENCH FRIES, PIZZA, LASAGNA and SPAGHETTI.In fruits, I like strawberries, cherries, apples, grapes and many more.I really like watching television especially Disney shows.That's all about me......:)

Yeah surely physical exercises plays an imp role in every ones life.playing sports is also a good physical exercise.it makes us fit.i play badminton which is a very good exercise and makes me fit.

Maham I totally agree with you ...We just talk about the importance of physical exercises just like we are doing it on this forum but we don't do it in our daily life....In my point of view we should set a time for excercising r playing sports so that we live a healthy life..:) What do you think?
