If you skip breakfast you gain weight because breakfast is the meal you start your day with and it gives you strength to work, play, cook, and keeps you fresh for the whole day. But when you skip breakfast you feel dizzy and you are starving for the whole day so when it’s not meal time and you are starving so you eat junk food and as we know junk food makes us gain weight or at lunch time we eat so much and the next thing you know you had gain weight.
