Water is Life, about 60% of our body weight is water directly or in directly. Sweating, working, breathing and other activities lose water from our body which should be recovered as soon as possible; an average requirement of water in a human body is 2 litre/day i.e. a little more than 8 cups of water, if the lost water of a body is not recovered then the situation could become worst and a person can face dehydration, remembering problem, difficulty in basic math and difficulty in focusing on smaller prints (If you notice such problems then Drink up!). Water forms the base for saliva, it is the fluid that surrounds the joints and it regulates the body temperature, benefits of water are enormous and it is the basic need for survival, 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain. Documentaries, reports, researches and experiences tell us that we can survive days without food but without water few days are enough to meet death. Specially, these days are too hot and sweating is a big problem of this season so we should drink water as much as possible or we are going to face such lacks which will affect our studies and upcoming enjoyments :). Probably there is no better drink than water to keep us healthy. :) Smile
