As you know in winter are skin start to worn off so you need to put cream when you are going to sleep so the shine can reappear, you can put oil at every weekend so your hairs can not damage, take a bath every day so you  would stay clean so are healthiness will not go down, not drink cold water or eat cold things like ice cream, ice cake, or you will get ill and your healthiness will decrease last but not the least put chapet every day to keep your self healthy.
