You might be heard that ''health is wealth" but have ever thought that how can we gain this wealth? According to me eating healthy food just keep us health but not fit and active so for remaining fit we must do some exercise and sports are a good way of exercising because it can also be perform in home and the time also passes. But physical exercise doesn't keep us active so for remaining active we must play games and the games are also a good way of entertainment. I will advise to all of you that you all must take a little time from your busy schedule for games and sports to remain fit and active.
