Doctors tell us it is important to stay fit. They say we should exercise for at least 30 minutes each day. People who exercise are usually strong and fitter than those who do not. People who do not exercise can become fat, weak or ill.
It is not hard to find time to exercise. There are many ways to exercise. In fact, when helping your parents will be the way of exercising.
Exercising is not the way to go to gym and jog and do weight lifting. You can exercise your mind by solving puzzles, playing chess or scrabble and to play mind challenging (logical) games.
So don’t you just waste time while watching TV or playing on computer for hours.
Let’s start exercising today!!!
