Rank 9 Out of 10
Reading the words of a book,
Eyes wrinkling as i look,
A blue colour pen, i took,
It didn't work, so i shook,
I threw it towards a nook.
Went in the garden to have fun,
Sitting in shade of tree, away from sun,
Drinking lemonade and eating a bun,
I stood up to have a run,
I slowed my pace around a sharp turn,
The scorching sun was making me burn.
Went inside the house to have a rest,
Sleeping in the cool AC is the best,
Through my window , I saw a bird's nest,
Swallowing a small pest,
At the tree's crest
The night was freezy as an ice,
In a hole entered a group of mice,
My brother got a six, at a dice,
I gave him a two penny coin as a price,
He gave me his cake's slice,
Everything went well all day, that’s so nice,
My mom asked me to sleep, twice,
I jumped in the bed and closed eyes, before she calls thrice.
