Once there lived a boy whose name was Ali. Ali was 11 years old. His parents often remind him of offering his prayers regularly but he did not listen to them. His parents were strict about offering prayers but Ali was a lazy boy who used to waste his time and often was so late in performing ablution (wazu) that there was no time left for offering his prayer. One night as usual he went to bed without offering prayer his isha prayer. He was in a middle of sleep when he woke up with a loud noise. He saw two men with fierce looking faces. They were holding guns in their hands. They tried to pull him out of his bed. He wanted to cry out for help but he could not as, his voice was stuck in his mouth. Suddenly he felt a severe blow on his head and he fell down. When he woke up he found that he was lying on a floor and his mother was standing nearby. Soon he realized that he saw a bad dream. He told his mother about his dream. His mother tried to calm him down and said softly that his habit of not offering his prayers regularly are the reason of this dream. Ali was quite sensible to realize his mistake and vow to Allah Almighty that he will offer his prayers regularly and left his bed to offer his Fajar prayer.
