1 Person like this!

Like

Rank 9 Out of 10
Darkness surrounds me
The hazy light of the moon
Bounces off trees
Showing no way back

Everything seems old and grey
As if a dream with no end
In which you live but without life
Like a ghost lurking in the shadows

Everywhere I look, all I see
Is anguish and agony after me
Waiting for the right moment to trap me
Just as my hope wavers and disappears

I try to run away
Hoping it’s an illusion
But no matter what I do
It still haunts me

After the darkness of misery
Even the moonlight seems too bright
The endless thoughts of desolation creep after me
In the depths of my despair.
